Eamon Fitzpatrick
Consultant
Eamon is a Consultant in ACIL Allen’s Melbourne office. Eamon has led and contributed to a range of evaluations, reviews and analyses for government and non-government organisations. His work is primarily focused on community safety, educational disadvantage and health, applying his knowledge and skillset across the spectrum of social services to improve outcomes for community.
About Eamon
Eamon delivers in-depth impact and process evaluation and policy advice. He brings experience in project management, consultation, stakeholder engagement, research and analysis, to provide practical, real world understanding of and solutions to complex problems. He applies both qualitative and quantitative analytic skillsets to his work across social and public policy areas to ensure that quantitative data are matched with important context and depth achieved through qualitative data, to produce real insights.
Key works Eamon has led and contributed to include:
- Evaluating programs and providing research services for government responses to community and public safety, including social cohesion, community resilience, countering violent extremism and family violence.
- Reviewing key government and not-for-profit organisation programs designed to support students and young people experiencing disadvantage to engage in education, access necessary supports, and achieve improved outcomes in their health and wellbeing.
- Supporting the health sector to deliver improved health and mental health outcomes for the public and providing value for money for government, relating to workforce capacity and sector capability.
- Evaluating national programs focusing on uplifting STEM education capability to improve outcomes in STEM education for young people in Australia.
- Assessing impact, at both the program and service level and organisation level, for community organisations looking to achieve improved outcomes in community and educational engagement.
Eamon has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Mathematics and Statistics, from the University of Melbourne. His studies focused on the field of Discrete Mathematics and Operations Research, concentrating on applying advanced analytical methods to complex, multivariate problems, to identify optimal solutions and inform future decision making.
