The ACT Government is proposing a new regulation to require all rental properties in the ACT to have a minimum energy standards.The Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate engaged ACIL Allen to prepare a Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) analysing various options for the implementation of the regulation.
