Lily Eyland
Analyst
Lily Eyland is an Analyst in ACIL Allen’s Canberra office, where she specialises in economic analysis with additional expertise in program evaluations and strategies.
About Lily
Lily has been involved in a broad range of assignments for state and federal government, as well as the private sector. Lily’s recent project experience includes:
- economic impact assessments to evaluate economic returns from research investments in agriculture and Research, Development, and Extension (RD&E).
- cost benefit analyses and regulatory impact assessments of proposed reforms relating to energy and climate change.
- economic contribution evaluation of the private hospital sector.
- evaluations of government programs, particularly in the health and energy sectors
- market research and stakeholder consultations across various engagements, including economic analyses, program evaluations, and a commercial strategy.
Prior to joining ACIL Allen, Lily worked as a consultant across the commercial management and economic modelling spaces. Her experience provided her with a great understanding of sectors and subject matters including climate change, labour markets, and defence.
Lily holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Music from the Australian National University.
