Kaitlyn is a Senior Consultant at ACIL Allen's Perth office, where she has tackled a broad array of issues for both the public and private sector.
About Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn has wide expertise in addressing complex public policy challenges and brings robust experience in project management, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and distilling complex ideas into clear, concise communication. She excels in rapidly understanding issues, identifying opportunities and solutions, and applying these capabilities to benefit clients. She specialises in qualitative analysis, case study development, stakeholder consultation, survey design and report delivery.
Kaitlyn’s recent project experience includes:
- developing the investment logic for a prospective large-scale transmission project
- undertaking research into demand and supply for short- and long-term accommodation in regional areas of Western Australia
- reviewing the Western Australian Market Advisory Committee to ensure that it is fit for purpose in the evolving energy regulatory landscape
- assessing the operation of the Procedure Change Process under the Wholesale Electricity Market Rules.
Prior to joining ACIL Allen, Kaitlyn was an energy policy analyst at the Western Australian Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide.
