Jade Northcott

Consultant

Jade is a Consultant in ACIL Allen’s Melbourne Office, specialising in social policy and public health. She is experienced in project management, evaluation, qualitative research, analysis and stakeholder engagement to inform, design, develop and review public policy.

About Jade

Jade has expansive expertise and knowledge across the health and community services sectors, utilising her experience in consulting, public service and research to deliver high-quality insight and advice to clients. She specialises in program design and implementation, health promotion and quality improvement, with particular focus in mental health and wellbeing, women’s health, community development, alcohol and other drugs and youth and family services spaces.

Key projects Jade has worked on recently relate to:

  • Evaluating government programs in the health, education and aged care sectors at a state and federal level
  • evaluating initiatives to prevent family violence, improve gender equality and support social cohesion
  • reviewing practices to prevent and minimise gambling harm
  • evaluating and reviewing alcohol and other drugs services in the not-for-profit sector.

Prior to joining ACIL Allen, Jade worked over 6 years in the public sector at the both the State and Commonwealth levels in process design, policy, operational and project roles.

Jade has a Master of Public Health from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Public Health) from La Trobe University and a Certificate IV in Government from the Australian Centre for Financial and Environmental Compliance.
