Hugh Tabart
Consultant
Hugh is a Consultant in ACIL Allen’s Melbourne office. He has worked primarily in the social policy space, specialising in economic and financial analysis, program evaluation and qualitative analysis.
About Hugh
Hugh is an economist with experience ranging across various sectors and domains including education, health, social security, justice and regulation. Hugh is experienced in undertaking evaluations, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and supporting stakeholder engagement.
Hugh’s recent project experience includes:
- evaluating workforce development and growth initiatives across the mental health and education sectors
- evaluating education, health and wellbeing programs at a federal and state level
- conducting external reviews of government services and agreements
- the development of legislative and regulatory impact assessments.
Prior to joining ACIL Allen, Hugh was a Senior Economist in the Australian Public Service. He has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Finance from the Australian National University.
