The Clean Energy Regulator (CER) administers the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES) that creates financial incentives for investment in eligible small-scale renewable energy systems. The CER engaged ACIL Allen to undertake projections of eligible small-scale renewable energy systems.
