We were pleased to have worked with BlueFloat Energy assessing the economic and social impact of a $10 billion investment in offshore wind development in Australia.
Based on the preliminary assessment, the ACIL Allen team including Guy Jakeman, Cara Chambers, Antonia Hodby and Richard Lenton found that the proposed project will produce electricity worth $25 billion over 30 years and will require an annual construction workforce of 1,900 FTE roles over four years with half of these workers expected to live in the Gippsland region.
