ACIL Allen Consulting, in collaboration with the Social Research Centre and the University of Melbourne, produced a three volume report for the Tasmanian Government on the social and economic impact of gambling in Tasmania. The study was wide ranging, examining the economic contribution of gambling to the Tasmanian economy, as well as estimating gambling participation, and the prevalence of problem gambling.
