ACIL Allen was engaged to examine international and Australian intellectual property settings and registration arrangements as they relate to agricultural and veterinary chemicals (agvet) markets in order to assess the evidence and propose changes to help improve Australian agricultural producers’ access to innovative new agvet chemicals while also supporting prompt access to generic agvet chemicals.
