Tim specialises in data analytics and econometrics, and has extensive experience across education and energy.
Tim has led analysis on a range of projects including:
- specification and development of many forecasting and budgetary models, each with the capacity to flexibly and robustly evaluate policy impacts ― this includes econometric models, inventory models, and simulation models, applied to a wide range of industries and contexts
- development of analytical algorithms for energy consumption data, including to generate energy consumption profiles for electricity (smart meter) and gas data
- econometric modelling to quantify economic drivers in energy and education
- survey data analysis for evaluations and reviews
Tim has also worked with many clients to develop analytical strategies and methodologies, and to build analytical capacity.
Tim has a Doctorate in Econometrics, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Monash University.
